Buy-back policy clarification

Clarification on our buy-back policy for unused products, in line with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

Eligibility:

• Products must be in original, resalable condition
• Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Written distributor agreement must be in place

Process: Submit the buy-back form from your dashboard along with product details. Refund will be processed within 15 working days after inspection.
